Description:

This exercise develops the athletes ability to track an object (usually a ball) by initiating eye movement first and then engaging the neck muscles to position the eyes aligned and equidistant from the target, this will give the athlete the best chance of catching, hitting or any other skill required in sport quickly and efficiently. This is a very important exercise for all athletes and should be used in combination with SH002 and SH003.
